Rebuilding Together Alexandria (RTA)
Rebuilding Together Alexandria (RTA) takes place TOMORROW, Saturday,
April 28. It is a one-day, annual outreach mission in the city, and St Paul's
remains an integral player. This year's project is in Old Town and involves
painting, caulking, and general repairs, more outside than in the home. We
seek volunteers (no skills required) for this local Alexandria outreach

St. Paul's Youth Mission Trips

The Middle School mission
trip will once again be field gleaning with the Society of St. Andrew. This
year we are heading to a sweet potato farm in Exmore, VA, July 20-22. We will
reward your amazing hard work with a fun stop on the way home. Cost will be $265
per person.

The High School trip
is once again heading down to New Orleans August 6-14. The cost for the trip is
$900 per person. Scholarships are available.

Adult Forums resume this week with a two-week enacted drama entitled "Why Do We Say the Creed?" featuring Dean Ian Markham, Bishop Mark Dyer, and Dr. Stephen Cook. After experiencing this series, moderated by Saint Nicholas, you may never see the creeds the same way again.

Bishop Ted Gulick, the assistant Bishop of the Diocese of Virginia, will be visiting with us this Sunday, April 15 at the 11:00 a.m. service. At that service, we will be baptizing, confirming, and receiving 57 children, youth and adults into the St. Paul's community. There will be a reception to honor the new members directly following in Norton Hall.
